## 1. $7 Trial Payment Refund

### 1.1 Eligibility for Refund

Customers who opt for the $7 Trial Payment are eligible for a 100% refund if they are not satisfied with the product after testing it for 7 days.

### 1.2 Conditions for Refund

- The refund request must be made within 7 days of receiving the trial product.
- If the customer extends their trial for more than 7 days after Second Brain Labs ships the trial product, the refund will not be made.

## 2. Production Mode Setup Fee Refund

Customers who pay for our Production Mode Setup Fee are eligible for a refund within the first 15 days of onboarding and making the payment.

- The refund request must be made within the first 15 days from the date of payment.
- No refunds will be issued after the 15-day period has passed.
